If you're in crisis, but not immediately unsafe, intensive outpatient stabilization can offer a safe bridge to a more connected tomorrow.

Charlie Health meets people in crisis with intensive, connection-focused care. Individual therapy, in combination with peer connection and group support, fosters healing that lasts.

I often receive requests for individual psychotherapy or inquiries about our relational DBT program at Growth thru Change from folks needing immediate assistance and wanting to use in-network or state-sponsored insurance benefits. While my clinical practice is out-of-network, and GTCs relational DBT program is, too, I work with a revolutionary all-virtual national IOP Program, Charlie Health. As Director of Clinical Programming at Charlie, I stand by the quality of the curricula we offer and the incredible clinicians providing care.

If your current support needs are high and your out-of-network or self-pay resources are limited, Charlie may be able to provide you with an accessible support option. Check out some of our clinical offerings below, and click the link to connect with Charlie's intake team if you think IOP support may be right for you or someone you love.
